These Terms of Service apply to the use of the House of Maguie UAE website and purchases made through houseofmaguie.ae.
The website is operated by MAGUIE INTERNATIONAL FZCO, trading as HOUSE OF MAGUIE. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. ONLINE STORE
House of Maguie is an online fashion retailer specialising in women’s occasionwear, partywear and related fashion products.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, billing details and delivery address.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, photographs and other information as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Slight variations in embellishment placement, finishes or other handcrafted details may also occur where applicable.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. PRICES
Prices displayed on our UAE website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
MAGUIE INTERNATIONAL FZCO is not currently registered for UAE VAT. Accordingly, no UAE VAT is presently charged as a separately registered VAT amount. This may change if our VAT registration status changes in the future.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock errors or inability to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not control your bank or card issuer's approval process.
An order will not be considered successfully paid until the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, faulty-item claims and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Every House of Maguie order is subject to quality-control procedures before dispatch.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
8. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after fulfilment has begun or the order has been dispatched.
Where cancellation is no longer possible, the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website, including the House of Maguie name, branding, designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to House of Maguie unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent transactions, interfere with website functionality or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers and other service providers necessary to operate our online store.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
