Shipping policy

House of Maguie offers delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates from our UAE operation.

UAE DELIVERY

Standard UAE delivery is normally completed within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Fee: AED 50 for orders below AED 1,500.
Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

DUBAI SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available within Dubai for eligible items that are physically available in our Dubai inventory.

To qualify:

• The item must be available from our Dubai stock
• The order must be placed and successfully paid before 3:00 PM UAE time
• The delivery address must be within an eligible Dubai delivery area
• Same-day service remains subject to courier availability and operational conditions

Orders placed after the cut-off time will normally be processed for the next available delivery period.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Every House of Maguie order undergoes a quality-control inspection before dispatch. Items may be photographed and inspected prior to dispatch to document their condition and ensure that the correct product is being supplied.

During particularly busy periods, collection launches, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing or delivery may take longer.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile telephone number and any information necessary for the courier to complete delivery.

House of Maguie cannot guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been supplied.

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed due to incorrect customer-provided information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before redispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

Any delivery timeframe provided on our website is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after dispatch or communicated through the relevant delivery service.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

We recommend checking your parcel promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact House of Maguie within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

This notification request does not restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Availability, pricing, customs requirements and delivery times for orders outside the UAE may differ from domestic UAE delivery and will be communicated or displayed where international shipping is offered.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to an international shipment will be handled according to the shipping service and terms presented for that order.
